
Daniela Dora leads the alumni strategy development for Max Planck Law’s research network. Her background combines academic expertise with practical experience in building professional networks.
Before joining Max Planck Law, Daniela served as a DAAD lecturer at the University of Cambridge for six years. During her time there, she taught German language and literature while gaining valuable experience in alumni relations and organizing professional networks.
Daniela is a literary scholar specializing in German literature. She is currently finishing a PhD at Ghent University in Belgium that deals with the interconnections between literary discourses and concepts of tourism. Her research has evolved to become increasingly interdisciplinary, focusing on Environmental Humanities with a special interest in cultural production, climate, and social justice. This broad perspective is invaluable in her role at Max Planck Law, ensuring that the alumni network is engaging and inclusive and reflects the diversity of the Max Planck Law community.
