Professor Creutzfeldt is a socio-legal scholar with an enduring interest in theory and methods. She has conducted several large, funded research projects. In this session, she will share her insights on the most effective ways to operationalise different methods for testing and building theories, and how to get the most out of our data. She will also be happy to talk about the challenges of conducting socio-legal research, what to consider when conducting empirical research, the benefits of a mixed-methods study, and what to bear in mind when publishing our work.
