International Arbitration Working Group

The International Arbtiration Working Group (IAWG) aims to combine and pool the existing expertise in international arbitration across the Max Planck Society. To lay the foundations for future strategic events or initiatives which the society may develop in this area of law.

Mission — The creation of immediate personal networks among Max Planck Society members and an environment for exchange of expertise and knowledge in international arbitration. Working under the Max Planck Law umbrella, IAWG intends to benefit both its participants and the Max Planck Law network.

Activity — The cultivating of networks within the Max Planck Society, relationships with externals bodies and individuals, and the promotion of lasting networks under the auspices of the Max Planck Law initiative.

Max Planck Law Projects and Max Planck Law Initiatives are grassroots  networking and cooperation formats.
